“Love this quaint family owned orchard that does not in the least bit feel commercialized. We have been coming here for years we love their you-pick for strawberries and apples. Their cider, pies and donuts are divine ! One special time my daughter and I found a hummingbird trapped in a store lying on the ground he looked severely dehydrated and ready to give up. Remembering that Verellen’s had strawberry slushies we stopped in and grabbed one thinking the red would help our sad looking friend. With a straw and some patience, It did ! We nursed it to health and within an hour he flew away thanks to the rejuvenation from the cider slush!!!! Such a cool experience that we will never forget ♥️”

“This was my 1st time as I always went to Vince & Joe's, but I found I would start going there mainly because they have fresh daily Muffaleta bread & their pastries are better than Vito's Bakery. I will be trying more Iralian foods to compare....”

“It was almost closing time, but one would never have known it. Tina, the cashier, greeted me with a big smile as if they had just opened. Thank you, Tina, for delivering optimal customer service with such friendliness and enthusiasm!”

“The new self checkouts were easy to use, had a spot for you to bag as you scanned. The fruits were running low and some items just didn't look that great, BUT I did go on a Sunday after most shoppers have already come and gone.”

“1st time visiting the store and I walked in a bit lost not knowing where to find what I was looking for. The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and courteous. I'm just dipping my toe into Indian cuisine cooking at home and I will most certainly be back”

“It's a awful place. No fun for kids so don't bring them. People sitting by fire pits and drinking. You try to walk around and all you can smell is donut. Someone told me the have an orchard out back. Don't know never got that far. My wife had a Imperial Tripel Berry. She could barely walk The place is just awful.”

“New to the area and looking for a fruit/vegetable market (not a fan of the grocery store chains for produce). My first time in - January 5, 2024 - and found the fresh selections to be less than expected, maybe 1/3 of the store.Lots of imported items from SE Europe & Middle East, many items I've never seen before but want to try plus numerous known items.I saw no expired items and the produce was fresh and well-priced. The floor was a bit dirtier (maybe it's just the look of the tile?) than it probably should be but not enough to be an issue. There are several coolers with items as well. Plus the fresh made bread, etc.In all, I would think of this as more an eastern Mediterranean grocery than strictly a fruit market. Heck, the selection of teas & cookies is enough to bring me back, not to mention the bulk items and less well-known spices.”

“Food is always a solid choice no matter what you order. And of course the flights of hard cider are a must! That way you can try a variety of flavors. Donuts and cider next door are always good to take home. It does get busy on weekends so get there early!”

“Love this place. Amazed at the fresh salads and deli counters. Always stock up when we visit. Workers have been very helpful and customers willing to give recommendations. Expect LONG lines during the holidays, they move quickly since registers are fully staffed. Great place.”

“Had an absolute BLAST at Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill! Came here prior to the fall/pumpkin season and it was still packed, but there happened to be an event going on that weekend for beer so that was mainly why. My family was only interested in experiencing the farm and getting their famous apple cider donuts so thank God we didn't have to deal with the long line of people waiting to get into the event! We ended up eating at Blake's Tasting Room and enjoyed our experience there. My husband and I shared the nachos and my husband got a flight of their different flavored ciders. I think he tried four different ciders and really only liked one or two of them. The Apple Pie and I think Caramel apple were his faves. The nachos were a great choice to keep us satisfied until later. The farm was such a fun time for us all. We got to feed the pets they had in the barn. A mix of horses, llamas, rabbits, pigs etc. just be careful when feeding them, they will try to steal your entire cup of food! We also got to race around little tractors and my sister, her husband and his cousin ended up getting lost in the corn maze for an hour. Beware if you go into there that it may take a while to find your way out and you will get mud all over your shoes and clothing! My husband and I decided not to go into the corn maze (thank god!) and explored around the farm for a bit. It's quite large so there's a lot of walking involved. We also took the tractor ride that goes around the entire property and talks about Blake's history. They offer u-pick for a bunch of different fruits, vegetables and even plants! It was very interesting the vast majority of what they have to offer. We ended the day in their general store. Of course we had to get their famous apple cider donuts and fresh apple cider! Very delicious and the donuts were warm and soft. They have a bunch of other items for purchase like bakery items, jams, apparel, and even their cider! Highly recommend visiting Blake's Orchard & Cider Mill! It's a fun experience for everyone!”
