The local Tuffy Dealer was great. Thanks Aaron and Dan. Mavis is the problem. They provide an $80 coupon but you'll never collect because they can''t read your receipt. Local folks care but the corporate parent doesn't care at all. Local Tuffy is great but don't expect anything from the Mavis parent company.”

The manager Clint and his crew...to the owner are some good people and will make sure you're thoroughly and completely taken care of. Whether it's an oil change, a belt replacement, spark plugs, complete brake jobs, ujoint replacement, windshield reservoir installation, and auto detailing..the list goes on. If these guys can do it they will! They're honest and professional group of gentlemen .So by all means if there is something that cant be fixed with your vehicle they will guide you in the right direction. “I had a really great experience here. Dennis helped me out with a tune-up on my 2020 Silverado and made the whole process easy. You could tell he’s very experienced and has been doing this for a long time. He took the time to break down the type of repair that was being done in a way that was easy to understand without going over my head.
The work was done in a timely manner and my truck is running great. It’s hard to find an honest and reliable service center these days, but this place definitely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.”

“Great service. I did a tire repair with them last week. I went to the Goodyear store first in Main Street as well and they told me it was not reparable. I came to these guys and they fixed it on the same day, even though the shop was pretty busy. Traveled up North the next day with the tires, no issues. Saved my family trip, will be coming back whenever I need.”

“Tim's Complete Auto if I could give him 50 stars I would he saved at the very least 1500 dollars several other shops wanted to put a whole new exhaust manifold in Tim cut out the bad area put in a new part and welded it saving me a great deal of money they are honest and run there business with integrity several other shops stated they could only fix it with by replacing the whole system thanks again Tim 👍 .”

This location continues to offer great friendly and professional service. I had to get another battery replaced and this time, Cameron, did a fantastic job. I ordered the battery online and got it installed at this location. He was very courteous and professional. He got the job done within 30 minutes. It's best to stop by early in the morning around 8am to avoid any waiting.
First time at this auto location. Eric, the technician, was extremely friendly and professional. I needed just the battery replaced, and Eric stepped me through the process, and he replaced it within 45 minutes. I also had a chance to do some quick shopping while he was working on my suv. It was perfect! Highly recommend. Go check them out. I would ask for Eric”

“Happend upon this place on the way up north. Very affordable. No B.S . No pushing memberships. Just old fashioned service . I live in Shelby and i'll be making this my new stop. Personaly I can't stand car washes pushing memberships. Just want a car wash, not stock. This place is simple. Great results. Truck looked great. They have a coupon book that makes it even more affordable. Buying a few for xmas gifts.”
