“Normally great here but a man, I think a manger/owner wasn’t familiar with how the return looks when Amazon loads it in an Apple Wallet, he said it wasn’t a UPS return and just walked away. Someone else was nice and helped us.

My experience with the former staff was not good at all. The current team that runs this store is very polite and hard-working. With Amazon and all of the online shopping that goes on in today's world, the volume for these workers is very high and demanding. This team handles these challenges far better than any other team I have seen in the past.”
“Bottom line: Using the FedEx Onsite location inside the local Walgreens was quick and simple. With offering a place to drop off pre-packaged and pre-labeled FedEx items as well as a location to redirect/hold items at for a limited time, it's a pretty handy service. I am a fan! The Deets: I needed to get a FedEx package sent back to work from home that already had a pre-made label and packaged. In doing research to find out the nearest available FedEx drop/location, this FedEx OnSite location inside the local Walgreens came up. According to the FedEx website description about OnSite locations..."The Walgreens rollout is part of the nationwide expansion of FedEx OnSite, a network of retail locations offering FedEx pick up and drop off services, including the ability to hold packages for up to five business days." Sounded like just what I needed! These locations require that you package your items yourself and print off/attach the label before going to FedEx Onsite. They also can offer a place to redirect and hold packages there if needed instead of your home, for example. Off to my neighborhood Walgreens I went, and found that the process was pretty easy. I walked in and found a metal locker/cabinet just beyond the counter/register on the side marked as FedEx. There is not an elaborate or large scale type of FedEx presence otherwise. A staff member just happened to be standing in front of it at the time and saw the package to send in hand, walking up. She said, "You have something to send out? I will take it for you!" then took the package, scanned the label in with her tracking device, and the transaction was completed. Simple as that. Tracking was done by the FedEx app from that moment on. I had however just missed the only one pickup they apparently have in late afternoon/early evening, so the package did not get sent out until the next day. It reached the destination with no apparent issues encountered. I found using FedEx OnSite at Walgreens easy and quick, I will use this service in the future if needed!”

“Ever have "one of those day" where everything goes wrong? I was running errands and hitting snags at every stop. My last stop was at FedEx. According to Levi's, the jeans I was returning required nothing but a quick scan. Yet, when I arrived TERESE, the polite associate said the return required the poly bag they were shipped in. I could buy a poly bag, but the Levi's return was free and I only lived a mile away, so I told the associate I would go home and retrieve it. She apologized and I proceeded to leave the store. As I was about to exit the store, she caught me and said I didn't need a poly bag after all! (As soon as I left, she looked into the matter and discovered the instructions I got from Levi's were correct) FedEx, you have a stellar associate in TERESE. I hope she is recognized for her OUTSTANDING customer service!”
“This is the best location they all go above and beyond to help with your needs and consult you with everything you’re concerned about they don’t try to upsell you on the most expensive package and the fastest shipping. They literally try to work and help you and all of them are so kind and so sweet at this location. I had an issue with the package from my end because I didn’t have packaging, but I did have knee surgery so could not stand for too long to drop the package off. they called to let me know, but they completely took care of everything for me and did not charge me. I just thought that was such a kind gesture. Very very good hearted people. This will be the only place I ever ship with again.”
“I had an amazon package that I needed to return and since I didn't have tape to reuse my package, I gave it to them at where they could handle the item and ship it in transit. This was around 1:30 where no other customer was there. After thinking to check after 45 minutes the package is already in transit! That's incredibly fast service and I'm very satisfied with my experience. The employee that helped me was also nice throughout my quick experience.”
