“I recently purchased online a Thule EasyFold XT 2-Bike Hitch Rack, which I love!!!! I watched a video on how to put it on you car, load and unloading your bike, and how to remove it from your car. Everything worked perfectly for unmechanical me, except I had trouble get the hitch to detach from the trailer hitch. I discovered that D&D was a Thule dealer, so I drove over and asked for help. The gentleman in the was so very kind and instructed me on how to unlock the hitch so I could remove it. And I loved that he had me put it on and take it off a couple of times to insure I got the hang of it. He was the only person in the store and needed to go back into the store to help others, and then would return to check on me. He did all this ... for free, I had not bought anything from D&D. In the future, if I need any bike work or equipment I will be heading for D&D for sure. Unfortunately, I do not know the man's name ... but who every you are who helped me on on Saturday, at noon, on Sept 12th ... you are AWESOME and such a kind human being.”
