“Came in with an issue transferring my eSIM over to my new phone. Despite the unique issue that it presented, the young man working there alone today had my phone connected to service in a flash. On top of that he was understanding of my frustration, personable, and extremely efficient. Only stopped cleaning because I had entered as well. Easily the best experience I’ve had at a verizon store.”
“Lavonta helped us set up my parents phones, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We weren't finished when the store closed but he stayed a half hour to help us. Hope the store takes care of his time. Would highly recommend.”

“Dennis at the Waterford store was outstanding
Despite having multiple customers he made sure I was dealt with in a polite but fast way. He also did everything in his power to make sure I had the best possible product on leaving the store
Would recommend ATT to anyone and is one of the reasons I have been with ATT for so long
Ps I also love the WiFi we have from ATT”
