This location has not sense of urgency. On top of not being greeted it took 17 minutes to make 1 withdrawal. Where is the customer service? Will NOT return.

The people that work here are generally nice, but sometimes the wait is outrageous. I just sat for at least 15 minutes behind one car in the drive-thru. They definitely need to hire some tellers.

This is a comment about PNC in general NOT about any of the branches. Staff is always friendly especially in Waterford and Pontiac but the online service is the worst I’ve ever known. Plus, if you have to call for computer assistance, expect to wait an hour.
