Hitch installation took 3 hours that is not bad but my car was unlocked and parked on customer parking lot until I pick up. Thank you for letting my stuffs to be unsecured.

Initially had a bad experience as we were given a truck that didn't work out. Thankfully our experience was fixed by the manager James! He made our experience so much better. Truly a kind and sweet person! Despite the issues we experienced with the truck, the customer service was so good i'd recommend this place regardless.
