Great team, treated me well, before and after equipment failure on a trailer, no damage done. I had 2 more rentals after that and all was smooth. They deserve something toasty as moving in mid winter can be tough and this location is busy. Props to a good team that worked through the cold and managed to smile while doing it.
Great job everyone (including roadside that helped through the trailer incident)

The van we rented was dirty , there was no washer fluid . Actual boot prints on the inside of the windshield . Staff seamed impatient , served the purpose we needed it for , but disappointed there isn’t better care taken with their vehicles

The inside of the truck was dirty with dried snow white marks and the door, including the dashboard needed cleaning and disinefecting. Smelled awful, but I had no choice because it was the only pickup they had available and I had to be at my location before a certain time.

Don't ever ever rent from this company it's a sham it's a fraud in a scam if I could give it -4 Stars I would they charge you the credit you then they charge you again and again and again and the truck's been turned in and they keep charging you please do not use this store location at all it's the worst ever in history

Trust the one star reviews, it's not a coincidence.
The lack of professionalism and assistance at this particular location is appalling. From the smirking man behind the counter to the manager on duty to the general manager.
They do things their own way and do not follow uhauls national standards while being outright rude and disrespectful.
There are other uhauls around. I strongly suggest you use another.

Terrance and James are always extremely helpful. I rent from here often and they always assist me with any questions or issues that may arise. This location has a large amount of trucks to choose from. Thank you guys! 🤗

I worked at this company for nearly two years, showing dedication and reliability throughout my time there. Unfortunately, my experience took a negative turn when I began experiencing health issues and needed some support. Rather than providing understanding, the new General Manager (GM) seemed to make my job more difficult, culminating in my recent termination.
It’s worth mentioning that the GM seemed to hold a personal bias against me due to a past relationship I had with the assistant manager, who is now involved with her. This created a tense atmosphere where I felt unfairly scrutinized and targeted, not based on my work performance, but rather on personal feelings and assumptions.
While I’m disappointed in how things ended, I hope that sharing my experience will help improve the environment for future employees, ensuring that personal biases don’t interfere with professionalism and fair treatment.

The staff was very helpful and personable. Explained everything so few questions were needed. Everything went seamlessly. Special shout out to James, who was so knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We would definitely use this location again if there was the need.
