Props to them for how they train their staff as well. Super friendly. I've gone in with massive urgent paperwork, packages and ground mail - they're honest, cognisant, understanding and appreciate the business. Love, love all of these guys/gals!”

“Love dropping off packages here! Quick and easy to drop off USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages all at one store. Online returns with labels are also accepted, which saves a lot of time and hassle. Plenty of parking and the store is clean. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They also sell boxes, packaging supplies and stamps.”

“If you simply need to drop off a prepaid/pre-labeled UPS package and have a prescription to pick up or some other CVS items, this is definitely convenient.
Very easy, very fast. And as stated if have to stop here anyway, saves you an extra stop at UPS.
Although I have not done so, but my understanding is you can have UPS drop off packages for you here for little extra security, instead of leaving on a porch.”
“Just had the best interaction with the employees of this location. I had a medication that needs to be overnight shipped due to temperature affecting the safety and effectiveness of it. It got lost in Memphis TN for awhile and was nearing the date of loss by end of day Saturday (today). It finally entered this location and we talked to the man at the front desk and he was very kind and told us he would find people to go in the back and look for it so I didn't have to wait until Monday for a medication that would be unsafe by then. He was able to get Sheree and Bruce to look and they found it before close. I am forever grateful to all of them! Thank you for the excellent customer service. If their boss sees this, they all deserve a raise!”

“This place has always been helpful when packaging and shipping items. Fair prices and great service.Side note - Someone posted a negative review about FedEx and I think that's a mistake. This place is a 3rd party (they are not actually fedex or UPS) but they will ship with them as you choose.”
