I'm so sick of UPS............
My priority mail is never here when I need it. Always, absolutely always either way later or a little earlier than is given on tracking or estimated times. I'm never home to receive the mail I need because UPS in NEVER accurate about when the packages arrive. I'm always having to go to a pick up access point days later...................... Thanks for making my life so much easier. You all are just awesome! God I hate this company

Shipped some cards out 4/21/25. We’re supposed to arrive to customer 4/24/25. After days of waiting come to find out they were lost. I didnt take the insurance and was never offered any insurance. I told the guy the address he said it’s this much and I paid. Another thing I don’t like is why they’re asking customers what’s in their package. It’s none of their business as long as it’s not hazardous,fragile,etc. That should be the only question. Not telling them what’s in it. I would recommend FedEx or anywhere else. Jimmy has no respect for the customers. Didn’t seem to care it was lost 🤔 . Just said your check will be in the mail for $100.00.

I can't say enough great things about the team at The UPS Store in Waterford! Every single staff member is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Whether I’m shipping packages or just have a quick question, they always go above and beyond to provide fast, efficient service with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a place where excellent customer service is the norm—huge shoutout to the whole team for making every visit a great one. Keep up the amazing work!

BEST UPS STORE HANDS DOWN...IVE RETURNED HUNDREDS OF ITEMS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS COOL...WHOLE STAFF NOT ONE BAD PERSON!!!
I wanted to edit this review because one I typed and misspelled a word and two because I want to further say,these guys are genuinely nice human beings...truly I've been in there at least 500 times for Amazon returns...not once have any of them been in a bad mood,they have never lost a package.they help people with stuff that isn't even related to shipping and receiving.if the other companies had employees like the guys at this store....they would never have a bad review.i never dred coming in there and even when my day is awful I always leave there feeling better because of how positive the energy is in that place...I really hope this gets forwarded to corporate so they can reward these guys for their hard work and excellent customer service
