“Stopped in with some Christmas money toward a chain for my pendant collection. Literally just have to say Brett (the associate) who helped me figure out the chain type and size was phenomenal. They didn't have the exact one I wanted in the store but she ordered it and it was in the next day. I absolutely love it-and had a really good experience here”

“Went in to buy my mother a gift for Mother's Day. The experience was wonderful . I walked out with the most amazing watch and a necklace for myself. Kelly was nice to work with and her manager Matthew was very supportive of her helping me get the right gift. I will be back for my mothers birthday.”

“My husband and I visited the Shinola Outlet with a good idea of which watch he wanted, and we had an excellent experience thanks to Maddie! She went above and beyond by bringing over several similar watch options, along with multiple leather straps for him to try on so he could find the perfect combination. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions and making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for Shinola products!”

“I personally love this store and love Movado watches. I've always been treated very well here. They have really good sales and deals. High end watches are still pricy with deals and sales considered, but worth every penny IMHO.”
