“I’m not sure why this place gets all these negative reviews. I had a first class experience with them about a month ago. I had a leak and called them. They sent out a guy (John?) out of the Wayland, MI office, who was very professional and very pleasant. He explained everything he did and the repairs that needed to be made. I was very happy with how it all turned out and how professional and courteous John was and how he handled the entire situation. Say what you will about their prices and billing but their drivers are first class. I work with a lot of drivers (including semi drivers, OTR drivers and short haul) and these guys are the best.
