One Stop Collision Shop is hands-down the best auto body shop I’ve ever used.
I’ve been in the service business for 30+ years as a Realtor, and these guys truly under-promise and over-deliver. After denting the tailgate on my 2025 Ram Rebel, Adham told me not to worry and said it would take two days. To my surprise, the truck was finished early and fully detailed.
It hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it.
If you have any auto body needs, this should be your first and only stop.

“I needed a windshield replacement due to all of the objects that flew at it while traveling I-94 over time. I generally only used Safelite in the past since they're very convenient, but Safelite doesn't offer an upfront price when you need sensor calibrations so I didn't risk a surprise bill with them.
Scheduling with Huron Glass was easy over the phone. They need a little lead time to obtain the windshield from their distributor and if you need calibration you must bring it into the shop. I brought my vehicle in the early morning, and got it back 6 hours later the same day. The windshield looks good to me, and you'll likely have the same positive experience as I did.”

“Absolutely the best experience I've had dealing with automobile stuff. Gerber's Northville location went above and beyond! Absolute perfection, from the quote, the regular updates, and handling the insurance claim, estimate and payment. The repair reset the car to new and they didn't quote unnecessary parts. The paint matches perfectly and the whole car looks immaculate.
Honestly, I was amazed, and you can see I only give reviews on the places I would recommend to my closest friends and family. I would recommend this shop to everyone and have confidence you'd be satisfied with the work. My damage was from hitting a deer. I filed the claim with my insurance, Gerber was on the list and so I selected them. They called me, and it was smooth sailing from there. They order parts and then call you when they're ready to go. Quickest down time! Just spectacular. This damage is on the car I bought from my earlier reviews. Its still running strong, no problems. Its nice when you can write reviews like this! “When I tell you I have never been to Belle Tire but this is now my new extended family...I mean that from my soul!!! I had made two different appts at two Walmart autocare facilities to be crapped on at each one. I purchased online tires for pickup/installation @ Livonia/Middlebelt location just to get there after waiting a week and they canceled my appt and did not want to fit me into the day I could verify via text and the app and made me fight for a refund for over a month on tires that were also delivered wrong size and they knew I never left the store with. So I try a 2nd time with Telegraph/Taylor store same online process but this time I decided to purchase tires already in store. My install appt was bumped up to an earlier slot by a few days so I get there and they show me their tablet with one time I show them my online app with the revised time and of course no accommodations for something I clearly cant control..then they delayed my tire pickup (it was still delayed today) so I canceled the installation and purchase myself this time. Walmart won't fool me a 3rd time.
I look up Belle Tire about midnight - 2am this morning to purchase tires in store so not to take a chance on delayed delivery and low and behold they had them with an appt for me this morning at 930am -SAME DAY!!! WOW!! I got a call at 745am to confirm, they okayed me dropping off the car early and called me by 1230pm with all 4 tires installed on my vehicle and gave me a great deal on the wheel alignment too! The 2nd Walmart appt wasn't until Sunday 12/07 IF they didn't still have me delayed.
So here I am with new tires ready for the next Michigan snow, a TOTALLY HAPPY SATISFIED CUSTOMER and a new Belle Tire extended family customer. Thank You Belle you did your thing by extending fast courteous great customer service and those tires look great, ride like a Bentley and have me floating down the road!
Go see them people you won't regret!”

“I had a small crack and was directed to Glass America as they had an Onsight Tech. to do the repair. I arrived and they took my car back and in less than 20 minutes a gentleman brought my car around and it was completed. They did an excellent job quickly and you can hardly see the repair. I would highly recommend them and will be giving them all my future business!!! On a side note I am a USMC Veteran and they made it a point to recognize my service for which I am always grateful! Thank you!!!!!”

Great honest service! I brought my vehicle in for free visual inspection ( I recently been hearing a humming noise while driving. I was thinking either wheel bearing or CV shaft, but wanted to know for sure if it was either that or something else. The salesman came to me after the mechanic looked at it. He said the mechanic heard the noise I was hearing but thought it was a couple of rusty exhaust clamps. He replaced them and took it out for another test drive. The humming noise was still there. The salesman came back and said he wouldn't be charging anything, but was given an estimate for rear brakes and rotors.
I will definitely be back. Its hard to find true honest vehicle repair shops that are there to help keep people and vehicles safe and not just looking for a sale!

“The employees were kind, however, 2.5 hours to replace one tire when the appointment was scheduled over a week ahead of time is unreasonable. I’ve never waited that long for even 4 tires to be replaced, but I’ve always gone to Discount Tire. Satisfied outside of the wait time, but I’ll be sticking to DT moving forward.”

The vehicle practically looked brand new once completed. Faris, the manager, was very informative while detaining the repair process. My car was in and out of the shop within three days.
