Horrible customer service they put you on hold without even telling you they hang up the phone on you and refuse to fix your car after they receive big amounts of money to half ass fix it so when you call back and reschedule for them to fix it they take off work and don’t even tell you in advance. I drove hours across state as well and had to pay hundreds of dollars well, my friend did to book me in a hotel for several days and they didn’t even give me a heads up about anything on my car. It’s been months later they don’t call you back thankfully it’s under the time to get it fixed under insurance still . Probably gonna end up suing these people because they’re clearly pieces of Hershey squirts . Oh by the way, I drive a really nice newer 2021 Mustang don’t trust them with your car . Please, it’s more hassle my car is creaking now and they told me it was ready when it wasn’t. I picked it up with a huge scratch on the hood and that that’s why I had to take it back really pressing on the situation because of the creaking noise . I’ve left several voicemails. These people don’t care.

Gerber Collision & Glass in Wayne MI is EXCELLENT! Destiny was wonderful! The work on my vehicle was phenomenal. Not only did I get my vehicle back sooner than expected it was clean from the inside out. I basically got a new vehicle back. I absolutely beyond thrilled with services that I received and the great customer service.

Unfortunately, they only have one lift to put the vehicle on to get underneath it. My insurance company dropped the vehicle off over three weeks ago the last two Fridays they said they would have it done. It’s still not done. I’ve been without a vehicle for a month and three weeks, they say they’re not gonna fix it. It’s totaled out, but it is taking forever for them to submit the paperwork to my insurance company so that I can get a new vehicle or get mine fixed but both places and the shop said that it was not fixable. So I really hope they can submit the last 30% of the paperwork to my insurance company so that I can then get a vehicle. it’s a nice clean place inside. All the employees I met were very polite and helpful, but have been off on the deadline They gave me twice now and it’s still not Submitted to My insurance company. 3 weeks later

Great experience! Everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful. The communication about the progress of the repair was excellent. Repair went quicker than I dared to hope for. My car looks like nothing ever happened. ?

They were understaffed. I never felt like me, nor my vehicle was a priority. Customer service was very lax. I had to call and get updates on my own vehicle ? i never received a phone call or text photo of status until I called for it and was told I'd be updated late Tuesday and Thursdays via text.But insurance job for new hood was ?

I Just picked up my 2021 Silverado after hitting a deer at 72MPH..the truck is brand new again. Gerber did a great job...the paint matches so perfect with no orange peel lack of quality. and the detail of keeping my personal magnets that even got ruined from the deer they put back in the exact same spot I left them. when I was trying to work around them picking my truck up, they made sure I picked it up that day. Great team and easy rental drop off.Services: Painting
