“This space was perfect for my granddaughters 16th birthday party! She loved the venue, the lighting, the dance floor. When you get the approval of a 16 year old girl, you know you're doing something right. I'd be happy to host other events here in the future if/when needed.

“Of all the local restaurants around here, Al Malek has the best service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we walked in, the staff and owner were sooo welcoming and genuinely kind. We stayed seated for over an hour after we finished eating, just talking, and we never once felt rushed. We felt comfortable and welcome the entire time.
The food is absolutely amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. On top of that, it is very affordable compared to other local restaurants, especially for the quality and portions you get. It is hard to find a place that has both incredible food and outstanding service, but Al Malek truly delivers.
I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.”

“What a beautiful evening doing Yoga with Chickens at The Art Attic! The owner and instructor were both incredibly sweet. The yoga was chill, the chickens were friendly, and the property was too cute. I’ll absolutely be back - with more friends! Such a fun girls night idea.”
“Rented this hall back in August 2023 for a bridal shower. Chuck was very accommodating and polite to work with. Tables were mostly all out and ready for us to set up. He provides the tables and chairs. There is a pop machine that you can use. Fridge in bar area room. Bathrooms are on the same floor. Women's was recently remodeled. There is a kitchen down a few steps but mostly just for fridge and a heater to keep food warm.
The room is freshly painted within the last year or two. Very clean. There is plenty of parking for guests. You can even use the side of the street if needed. Use the door close to the parking lot, but there is a front door to the building. We took pics of the hall when we took a tour but deleted them. There is a small stage area and use of a microphone if needed. I used FB messenger to contact the person in charge.
We are renting this hall again in a few months for another event.”

“Went here for a Christmas Party with a group I'm in. The place is beautiful and the food is amazing. The staff was really nice. The location is perfect. My only problem was parking. It was that there front parking fills up fast. It was two parties going on. I would definitely look into having a event here if the price is right.”

“This place is exactly the same as it was 17 years ago. I used to bring my older children here but now they're all 21 and in college one another's College out of state. But now that I have a 7 yrs & a 3 yr old (yes I started all over again lol) The majority of his friends from school Have birthday parties Here at Dixie Skate Land So I finally Took him To this girl's birthday party At Dixie Skateland And The place is exactly as I remember it You got the skating part It's also where you go and get your shoes And then On the other side of the wall Like when you first walk in There are plenty of booths People can sit in while they eat their Pizza and Cake. The women that work there Our phenomenal, one of them is the DJ and also the one that gives you your shoes and the other one sells either tickets at the door unless you're invited to a birthday party then you don't need any tickets, and she also is the one that sells the things in the same place where there's booths to sit down and eat Or to just sit down and take a break Period And both of them clean at the end of the night and they're both so easy to talk to”

“Attended a monthly meeting in their meeting room. The room works well for our monthly meetings and is conveniently located off of I-94, just west-northwest of the exit at Belleville Road. This is not a hotel room. It's a meeting room available at Wayne County Fairgrounds.”
“I went to the Democratic club yesterday and got three fish dinners two perch and one haddock it was the nastiest fish I ever ate in my life I don't know how they even make it there I guarantee you not too many people return there up nasty”
“The water is a great temperature. The slide was fun. The kids pool and lazy river were extremely crowded with no one paying attention to their surroundings so a lot of getting kicked and being jumped on. Overall it was a good time.”

“Room was standard, although I did like the windows shades, one light filtering and one black out; I rated Service high because of the attendant at free breakfast... she greeted me and was continuously checking food and cleaning all areas; location was good for me while my husband was in St Mary's Trinity hospital... this is an area with many Marriott brand hotels, within 10 minutes of the hospital.”
