“I was in need of a new vet and I'm very happy I chose Kern Road vet! The staff is all very friendly and helpful, the vet is great at explaining everything too. My pup Earl has not had the best time going to previous vets in the past but the staff at Kern Road were so good and patient with him and were able to get everything done! I was super excited they were able to get enough blood to do a full panel not just a heartworm test, at our previous vet it was a major struggle. They were also able to get my cat Bear in for a same day appointment when he needed to be seen sooner than his regularly scheduled checkup, they were compassionate and caring at the end of his life.”
“I just want to thank everyone here at this clinic for all they do. I lost one of my cats, which everyone here at this clinic knew by name AND me from how often we would come. They knew how much she meant to me. The day she passed (3:45am), my mother called the clinic the minute they opened to inform them, since we had an appt set up to come in. Within a matter of a couple hours, everyone there had custom delivered an order of flowers for me for their condolences. The thought of them even doing such a thing means words beyond measure.
