“Taylor Petrie in West Bloomfield handled my transaction seamlessly unlike Canton/Ford Rd and Livonia/ Plymouth Rd (Anna said “there is not enough money for your transaction”) for a $1,000 withdrawal- I asked her to clarify her statement and she repeated the same. I understand you use our deposits to 10x or more your profits so there is no valid excuse for not having $1,000 for customer withdrawal on processed deposits. Canton and Livonia need training- biases show easily at these two locations….”
