“There are lots of banks in the area, but few have as good of an employee as this branch does. Deana is personable, friendly, and efficient. It's nice to come to a bank that not only takes care of what it is you need (surprisingly for this affluent neighborhood, most banks do not), but to do so graciously is a delight. The other tellers are certainly nice enough, but Deana stands out amongst the crowd. If you belong to a Comerica Bank, I would drive the extra few miles to frequent this particular one, and visit someone that'll make your day a little more bright.”

“If you remember when banks knew your name and made you feel welcome, than this is the right bank. I don't like BIG banks and having the personal touch makes my banking experience worthwhile. The tellers are friendly and always accommodating. I can call with a question on my account and I speak to someone in Michigan. Very professional and courteous service. I know this branch goes the extra mile and so does the Ferndale location; the branch at Maple and Telegraph is very slow and not as friendly.”
