“I've bought a lot of paint from here over the past two months. The quality of paint is very good. Alex and the other employees are very courteous and helpful with advice and suggestions. I get discounts because I'm connected to LLCs so that help with the purchase price. And I have spent a lot of money. But as the old saying goes, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Besides the very friendly staff and clean, well-organized store, Great Lakes Ace on Dixie Highway made 4 keys for me, and every one of them not only worked -- but worked smoothly. When we've had keys made at other hardware stores, there are always one or two that either don't work at all or work poorly. Not here-- these are perfect. This is a great go-to resource!”

Wish the prices were just set instead of the circus involvement to get today's $0.50 off. Hate the email / phone number thing. “I had to do a hot water pressure washer rental, and this place was fantastic from start to finish. Their pricing was very fair, but more importantly, the entire staff from Brendan at the front counter to the long hair guy in the back. They were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. I had a miserable experience with Sunbelt rentals and this company Was so refreshing to see how they were helpful. I highly recommend them for anything you need, it’s a Small business and all the guys know what they’re talking about which makes a huge difference to me”

They welcome me, and have suggested gift ideas when I ask for help. Plus they always make sure I get assistance if something is too heavy for me to lift and put in my cart or car. NO question this location has the best staff, plus their layout and merchandise rocks! It's easy to find things and they keep adding more and more variety of things to purchase, even as gifts!”

“So...I stopped in to the Home Depot in Auburn Hills yesterday to pick up a new dishwasher. They were rude and unhelpful so I left and drove over to the White Lake Lowe's where they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a new dishwasher and installation and removal of the old appliance scheduled and 10 % off of the entire transaction as well. Lowe's you've just guaranteed all of our future appliance business. Thanks for getting it so right!”
