“Update: Paul actually did reach out to me personally as he said in the response. I was actually surprised because I wasn't really expecting anything. However, he was very professional and offered to take a look at my ring. Because we live in California, we mailed the ring back and ultimately, he offered to have the ring sent back to the manufacture to have the setting remade. It turned out stunningly, it was a brand new setting with the same diamonds. The process took several weeks but Paul emailed and called me with updates and tracking information. I'm so thankful to him for taking the time to reach out to one customer and making sure we were taken care of. I'm just so relieved and love my ring again!!”
