“Thank you to the team at this location. I called looking for my son the white Air Force ones. Initially, I was told they didn’t have anymore. Disappointing but understandable due to this being a popular shoe. Plus, I’m looking for it the day before Easter. However, just a few minutes later a salesperson called me back to inform me that they found a pair and to come pick them up. I appreciated them doing that. It made my whole day. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot.”
“Tracy at the 12 oaks mall location was an amazing help! I went in for a tuxedo fitting and to check out styles for my wedding and she was super helpful and knowledgeable about the process. 10/10 recommend”
“The lady helping us was great. I didn't get her name but the receipt says SHJ. I went to get a linen suit tailored that I bought off Amazon. It was.. well. Amazon quality. Thin material. She helped me notice that the pants were a bit see through before it was too late. And that with the price of all the tailoring I had to do on top of the price of the Amazon suit, I could have just bought a new suit made of better quality material. So I did, and I'm glad I did. It was much nicer and fit great right off the bat. She threw in the pant adjustment with the suit. She was done in twenty minutes. She was very friendly and helpful. And now I look great, and not like I cheaped out with an amazon suit. Thank you!!”

“Today was my 1st time shopping @Buckle!! What a fantastic and gratifying experience!! Where should I start….I was greeted by Ayjah and she got right to it! She welcomed me in, asked qualifying questions and Eyeballed my size! She showed me a variety of different clothes and accessories! She wanted to get to know me as a customer! Customer Service was a 10 out of 10! I had no intention of making a purchase but how could I resist!! They have a wonderful variety of styles to fit everyone! She introduced me to Tom and he was very nice as well!
Ayjah signed me up in their system, offered credit, checked me out, thanked me for my purchase, and invited me to shop again!!!! WOW!! I definitely will shop here in the future! If you need someone to get you all the way together with the best fit and service, go see Ayjah!! Fantastic shopping experience!! Thank you!!”
“Had to come in for a hat reshaping and Erin did a fabulous job! Cleaned and shaped the hat like it was the day I bought it. I unfortunately left it on my dash and the sides went flat. They explained the best way to keep its shape and to prevent future folding. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here and seeing what they have in store or a hat repair if needed.”

“HOLY SHAT! okay so like, ive always wanted to go to hot topic because im trying to find my style, and ive really been wanting to get into alt styles. This was my first day going there, ever, and I was immediately greeted by the sweetest guy ever! I cant remember his name because I couldnt hear him ? i wish I did, but he was taller with straight bleached hair, an like a pink strand, and awesome demon slayer shirt! I THINK HE HAD GLASSES He like complimented my sweater, and was so sweet, and the clothes there is wonderful! As soon as I walked in, I literally felt myself smiling the whole time. (I felt so giddy...) anyways, for a broke teen like me it was a bit expensive, BUT SO WORTH IT. I rly hope everybody goes there, because everybody inside and everything inside is awesome as heck! If the worker is was talking to ever sees this, YOURE SO COOL MAN, TYSM FOR MAKING MY FIRST HOT TOPIC EXPERIENCE UNFORGETTABLE!”

This location is one of the biggest I've been to. Everything is well stocked. Staff is always kind and helpful. Even when they are packed they get through the line fast.

“I was looking for an outfit for a Diwali party. I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”
“Too be honest, Nautica is not usually one of the brands I buy, but some items by the front entrance caught my attention.
Before long, I found 3 shirts and a pair of shorts, all at very reasonable prices. I thought the store was nice, organized and clean. Some staff seamed more outgoing and welcoming than others, but all were helpful.”

“Was trying to exchange gifts I had received; however, they did not have my size. Robert in the shoe department was extremely helpful. He even tried checking other stores and online for me, to no avail. I did not have "gift" receipts for the shoes and 2 pairs of jeans I needed to exchange. I ended up getting Kohl's gift cards that had no expiration. They were on sale, which caused a few dollars less on the cards. Robert was so helpful and kind. Even told me to come back on Wednesday; it's Senior's Day lol for me.”

“I went in to the Aerie portion of the store and all of the employees were amazing. The dressing room lady was super sweet and helpful. Then checking out the cashier was amazing and really took the time to make sure all of my items rang up correctly so that I wasn't overcharged.
