The hotel features a charming "up north" lodge theme, with decor decorated to look like a cabin or lodge, complete with artifacts and rustic accents. The connected Lumberjack Restaurant adds to the cozy atmosphere and offers good food and a discount for hotel guests, making it easy to get everything under one roof, including a gas station and gift shop. The hotel staff, especially the front desk, are generally friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing excellent service and accommodating guests’ needs. For example, they were able to assist with room accessibility for elderly guests and offered a poolside room with safety features. Guests appreciate the courteous staff and the overall safety measures, such as room key access and safes. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have an authentic lodge feel, although some are slightly outdated, especially the bathrooms. Renovations are ongoing, promising improvements in the future. The pool and hot tub are highlights, with large ceilings, natural light, and an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and family fun. However, guests have noted some inconveniences, like the pool area being closed during renovations, limited breakfast options, and some confusion about check-in policies and hours. Despite these issues, the hotel remains a popular choice for its theme, amenities, and convenient location, with many guests looking forward to future stays once renovations are complete.
We had a wonderful stay at Lumberjack Lodge. The rooms were well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having the restaurant right on sight was awesome. The place was very well decorated and the front desk staff was exceptional. Will be staying here again!

The Lumberjack was great! The room was great! Friendly Service, and the bar staff was very tolerant of our group! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
