“My sister and I planned a long weekend to Traverse City. The ride is usually 4.5+ hours, but for some reason, it took us 7 hours. Why? We made a "quick stop" at West Branch, and ended up having a blast shopping at the Old Navy Outlet. The employees were helpful, but Stephanie H. was beyond amazing. She was knowledgeable, attentive, professional and just plain fantastic! She helped us find items for our daughters and grandsons, and opened a charge for us to get a stellar discount. Neither my sister nor I are shopping aficionados, but Stephanie made our visit productive and fun!”
