“UPS delivered an empty package so I went to the distribution center and fortunately they were able to find item that was missing. Whether this happens regularly or not and whether they are regularly able to deliver items that come out the box they were shipped in or I was just lucky, I can't say. I'm giving the 4 stars because they were able to fin mine otherwise not so much.”
