“A few weeks before needing it, I reserved a compact SUV from the Middlebelt Rd Budget Car Rental for a week long vacation. When I arrived to pickup on a Thursday morning (this location opens at 7AM during the week), they had plenty of cars in their lot and there was no line inside. The agent was on the phone but quickly ended his call to assist me. He was welcoming, friendly, and took care of me quickly. He added another driver with no problem (they were present with ID) and walked us outside to show us the vehicle. He had us do a walk around and sign a form showing there was no damage to the vehicle and I was on my way.The car itself was in the same class as I had reserved, was washed, cleaned, and had no smell on the inside. It was a great vehicle with 30K+ miles and performed as expected.The return went just as nicely with a different gentleman assisting the drop off. Again - there was no line, he was friendly, courteous, and provided a receipt for the drop off, and thanked me.Both customer service interactions as well as an excellent vehicle experience has put this Budget location on my list for future rental car needs.
