“Wish I had stopped in sooner and will definitely be back! Found some cute pieces for my toddler and one even still had the tags on it! At least on the day I went it was a smaller selection than chain resale stores but the outfits we got were so cute and unique. When we need to size up clothes I’ll plan on coming here first to get some fun outfits and then maybe supplement with basics from other shops. The lady working was also super sweet.”
“Had a lovely time visiting this store- every person was so kind and welcoming, and I love how they were able to fit so many products into their space, in such an organized and functional way. The playroom is the sweetest thing, and so nice to have for parents doing a shop so they can focus while babes play. Will absolutely be back- they have just about everything you could need!”

“NOT JUST BABY ITEMS! I love this place and I'm so upset that I have lived in Northville for over 4 years and I never knew they had more than baby items. I don't have kids but I love thrifting so much and coming here is like a treasure hunt. I have found some of my favorite clothing items at this place and their discounts and how well it's always stocked make it easy to always leave with more than you anticipated. I also love the building itself, the layout is really cool because the place just keeps going and going. Stop in here you will not regret it.”

Parking is usually not an issue, even though it’s a shared lot. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more shopping!”

If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here.”
“Wish I could give a score of 3.5. The store was fully stocked and I could tell that today was stocking day. There is an employee at the entrance which may appear to be a greater but is really thief protection.There was only one cashier for the entire line, so I don't know if everyone was stocking or whatever, but if you've ever shopped at any Burlington... The lines are always long. The cashier was super friendly but the greeter ... Not so much.”
“I have been shopping here since my children were born and it has been such a blessing to our little family. The employees are so very kind and helpful, and they do such a great job at keeping their somewhat small space incredibly organized and clean. I really appreciate the fact that they only accept items that are in good condition so that when I shop, I know I am choosing from well cared for things (no stains, etc)! We have also sold back to them as our little ones have grown, and always opt for the store credit option so we can earn even more!! So very thankful!!”

“I want to share my experience with JCPenney's Westland and the amazing service I received. We had an appointment me and my daughter at the Dearborn location, but right at our appointment time, we were advised that our stylist called off for the day and The Stylist that was already working was booked for the rest of the day. We called the Westland location and advise them as to what happened at the previous location and was told to come in and that's when we met Mia. She took both me and my daughter back and gave us the best experience ever. My daughter is still going crazy over her hair because she loves her hair and she loves mine which I love mine too. She was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice on how to keep up our hair and even offered recommendations for upkeep which we bought. Mia was just amazing it was so fun to work with we are definitely going to come back.”
