“I had a mishap at the register while checking out on Dec, 11-2024. I left disappointed this day, because Meijer's is my favorite place for shopping. When I got home later on this day, I checked my email, and Meijer's had sent me a survey. I decided to fill out the survey explaining my mishap and The manager William Hall responded quickly in a matter of hours. He apologized for the mishap and told me to come in and ask for him, and he would give me a $10 happy card! I've never heard about a happy card before, and I responded that a happy card would definitely make me happy. So, I went back to Meijer's on Dec 24-24 to do my last minute Christmas shopping, and I asked for Mr. William Hall. an employee who was very nice, lead me to him, and I walked up to and said hello, my name is Stephanie, and you told me to come in and get my $1000, happy card. He looked at me and laughed really hard, and said oh no, I didn't say that! even though I was teasing Mr. Hall, he had a great since of humor and personality. He then took me to the service desk and had someone to give me my happy card, and I'm still happy about this on Christmas morning. Please take the time out to fill out surveys for any stores if you're not satisfied, because you'll never know what kind of compensation you will receive for customer satisfaction. I've enclosed a picture of my happy card, because I'm a happy and satisfied customer of Meijer's.”
“The technician came @ said time . The answer wasn't what we wanted to here. We knew we had to get another refrigerator. We were fortunate to get 12 years out of our present refrigerator. They just don't make appliances like they used to. I remember when appliances lasted for 20 or more years!! Now you know how long I've been around!!???.

“It’s a shame so many people come in the store and spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars to walk out with garbage bags that are ripping before the poor cashiers can even finish packing them and I hear that from them a lot that they don’t never have bags they don’t never have paper to wrap the breakables they have plenty of tiny bags But no medium or extra large bags. I feel bad for those cashiers.”
