“I have not been clothing shopping in a while so it was nice to see that even Kohl's seems like they upgraded the quality and especially quantity. They seemed to have a large variety in all sections of sizes. By that I mean childrens, juniors, etc... all the way up to women's and they carry sizes such as 2X, 3X maybe even up to 4X with some things. The quality is great. They also have so many other sections where you can get just about anything you need. I like the bed and bath area a lot. They even sell luggage and different gadgets for traveling up to electronic kitchen equipment as well as plates, dishes, towels, etc... They carry very nice decorative items for every room of the house as well as sporting goods. I go mostly for the clothing and shoes. Speaking of shoes they have the best selection of slippers and cozy shoes for around the house. Their nightwear dept has very nice night gowns and pajamas for all ages
The lingerie section is huge. There is also a separate entrance for Sephora so I'm not sure if that means it's a larger store or just a separate entrance. Oh, yes... they do have high-quality jewelry that is not real gold, etc... I don't want to call it costume jewelry because that sounds trashy but I don't know what term to use. I'm pretty sure they have the fine jewelry with the real diamonds, gold, dtc.... but I have not shopped for jewelry in years. I know I really like their Home section especially the Bed and Bath section. They are of good quality and have many matching sets or individual items if you're not into matching everything.. Very nice bath sets as well.”

“I stopped into the Marshalls in Canton today to make a quick return, and I wanted to recognize Carla for her outstanding customer service.
She was so kind, welcoming, and personable. We ended up chatting about Texas (I’m originally from there), and she even made me laugh while checking me out. It was such a refreshing interaction and a reminder that great customer service is about making people feel seen.
The return process was quick and easy, and thanks to Carla, I left the store smiling. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!”
“Flowers are increasing from $1.25 to $1.75 starting Monday, June 23, 2025 and by the end of the year, everything will increase. So I bought flowers to make a bouquet and perused the store to see what else I want to purchase in the near future. I like the selections at this store and the ladies that work there are typically friendly and helpful.”
“This is now my first stop on grocery shopping day. Almost everything is $1.25 and they have name brands. Great for items like body soap, aspirin, allergy, pain meds, reading glasses, wrapping paper & gift cards, Mylar balloons, cleaning supplies, glassware, crafts and school Projects/office supplies, aluminum warming pans. Their friendly staff goes out of their way to help each customer. Now I only have to go to the grocery store to purchase items that Dollar Tree did not have! Excellent value!”

“I was at the Walmart - Canton (MI Ave) pharmacy on April 15th around 5 pm. All the staff from the check- in person to the Pharmacist were outstanding! As a customer, I found the staff highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated, greeting you with a warm smile and kind greeting. I was provided with very helpful information about the new medication I was prescribed. Can’t say enough good things about this department. I highly recommend this Walmart Pharmacy to anyone who wants the best pharmacy- related service in town!”

“Called the store for an item and Roslyn answered. She was very pleasant and helpful. She not only checked if the item was in stock, but asked my size, and pulled the item I was looking for! OH AND - because I was purchasing multiples of the same item - she grabbed different varieties for me without even asking. She is so thoughtful and this was an amazing customer service experience.”
“Clean but finding someone to help in the tech area was terrible. If the store requires a keyed employee to get items, staff should be available and visible at all times.”
