“Amazing staff! They really care about their store and customers. They keep it cleaner than any DG I've been to. They are always disinfecting, mopping, etc. The store is a smaller DG than others in the area, BUT it's the best stocked store around. As soon as they get deliveries they are pushing out the product....and with all that, they still give great service! Highly recommend!”
“Still a great experience still love the store people think because they won't up 25 cent that it's still high but I think it's still a great price considering how high the grocery stores are and I can get everything from balloons to detergent and food ,and lots of snacks for my grandkids lunch for $1.25 cent each is better than paying 3 to $4 more for the same item At the other stores so check it out still go there and shop it's nice and clean yall love it and will go there every time ?”

They usually have 70-80% what I'm shopping for, so I usually get something here, when I run out of something, until I make the big shopping trip to Kroger, or others. They fill that quick need, when you run out..”

“This is a review for the Dollar Tree on Warren road in Westland. They have a poor attitude and they don't like to help people with disabilities. Out of all the Dollar trees I've ever went to this has to be the worst. They didn't have a basket without a bar for people with disabilities to take to their car. Their manager has a bad back which I understand but they had nobody to help me carry my stuff so customers help me. They no longer have a public restroom not even a key for the restroom they say it blame it on the other customers. They could at least have a key for people who are shopping and buying their product. Their attitude is horrible and their store stinks. I will take my business to other Dollar trees the one by me is absolutely awesome and they are very friendly. The Dollar Tree on Joy road and main Street has to be one of the best Dollar trees I ever went to with very positive attitude. I will give them five stars. These stores need to be mindful of everybody not just themselves.so to add to this review I gave them a second chancethey treated me very welland the cashier was very pleasantI'm changing my Google review. There are a few good people in this world. I was impressed with the service I had yesterday.”
“I come here at least once a week. I have a hard time remembering to leave my backpack at the desk and once I even almost left it but thankfully one of the cashiers was nice enough to stop me and let me know to grab it. Thank goodness because I'd have kept going without it. The staff is always kind, the store is always clean, they are as fast as they possibly can be and don't even get mad when I pay with just change or have a problem with my tap to pay, they're very patient with me. Haha. All in all I highly recommend if you're in the area and need something quick to stop on by and check it out for yourself.”
“Absolutely love the employees here, they are like family! As a regular, they all adore my son, they brighten up his day every time we come in! The manager calls him his best buddy and when my son ends up having a melt down they always take time out of their day to change his whole attitude! I have 3 fav workers there and they know exactly who they are. Tammy came up to the register and personally bought my son a Christmas present! Dan bought got him a birthday present, I will not shop at any other dollar general because of those three employees!! ❤️
This is also the cleanest most organized dollar general I know because these employees take pride in their jobs!

“Ok Who doesn't love Family Dollar they have everything that you need at a discount price you can go in there, they open at 8 o'clock in the morning. I'm going there right after I dropped my grandkids off at school to get the everything I need and they have great stuff on sale. They have food in the freezer's just in case you don't feel like going to a big grocery store. Now that they remodeled and everything is neat and clean it's just a great place to go in when you need something quickly .I love it check it out.”

“I only took a star away because there is a rude chubby guy with long dark hair who is not a people’s person and he works there. I heard him grumbling in the back room as I was waiting for a cashier then he came outside to cash me out and when I commented that all the shampoo is out he said yea ok.
Asides this rude person who doesn’t deserve his job, this dollar tree has several name brands and very nice merchandise! The makeup isle is so messy, but keep looking you will find something!
Please get friendly employees and not introverts.

“New manager is cleaning up the store and the atmosphere is more pleasant. Employees are welcoming and they try to keep the shelves stocked. If you have had a bad experience I suggest that you give the store another chance.”
