“I went to pick up an open box 77inch tv today, and realized when I got there that the tv did not have a box. Obviously, there is zero way to ratchet strap a TV to a truck bed when it’s outside of the box, and on top of that, I had an hour drive home.
The manager was able to find some pieces in the back, and they built up a box with styrofoam protection inside for me. Great work by them, because I wouldn’t have taken the TV otherwise. Thank you such much guys for being understanding!”
“I went here because I had my number for almost 20 years I had gone to a different store and they made me get a new number and that's not what I wanted to do. They told me my phone number was cancelled and it wasn't. Sue was very nice and professional she transferred all my information found my Gmail onto my new phone that the other store gave me when they could have just gave me a phone with my same number. I'll be coming to the store from now on.”

“Stopped in to buy a new Samsung television. Had to wait a bit because the TV department was a little busy. Once he was done with his customer Austyn asked if he could help. Yes he could. Very knowledgeable and informative. Gave us pros and cons of different models. Made it very easy to pick a television and feel good about it. Very happy with his assistance. If you need a new television go see Austyn.”
“First we went to Verizon in Canton Mi. On Michigan ave. We went in and asked can you turn on spell check. The 2 employees didn't know anything about it. So we went to the Verizon in Westland on Warren rd at the Westland mall. We went in asked can you get spell check on her phone. The lady there fixed it in 5 seconds. I would recommend the Verizon in Westland!”

“I frequent the store at Merriman and Palmer in Westland.I've always had a good experience, satisfied with their prices and it's clean.Only one person there that wasn't exactly friendly. Everyone else there is always smiling and kind/helpful.The rude girl is no longer there, I would assume she was let go because of her rude personality.Only 7eleven in the area that I will go to. A lot of the others are either dirty, have rude employees or both.”

“Nicole on venoy and palmer is excellent at how she treats me and my family and friends. She's by far the fairest and has a lot of patience with me. She is knowledgeable and has the best prices for all her merchandise. I bought Two phones from her and she showed me how to navigate through the phone and transfered all our info and I had shopped around and Nicole beat all the prices I had gotten from stores surrounding hers. My store for life now.”
