“This was my first time at this location. However planning on being a regular. Not only was the staff kind and knowledgeable, they were also fast!! This is important to me because I'm a very busy person. I will be back and look forward to building a relationship with them. This location is in-between two dollar stores which makes it a easy convenient place to get everything done in one stop.”

“This has been my Primary Pharmacy for almost 10 yrs. Chuck is the head Pharmacist & owner. It does say The Pharmacy outside but it is Westland Maple Drugs when your doctor has to look it up. The staff are all nice & care about you and most of them ask how things are going. I tend to over share lol. I've went to get prescriptions twice, forgetting I had quite a few more things to do afterwards & needed my insulin to stay cold & both times they made sure I got stuff to keep it cold. I still have the little styrofoam cooler. I would recommend this pharmacy above any others. Unless they'd ever close I won't be going anywhere else!”

“My online orders are prepared swiftly. The clerks are polite, professional, and very helpful. The store seems to be well-stocked. I'm very happy with my experiences at is store, thus far.
I stopped shopping at a different CVS (at Joy & Newburgh) because of multiple incidents with a very rude and unprofessional clerk (after shopping there for 18 yrs.). Management didn't seem to be concerned about the issue.
My rating at this CVS solely based upon my shopping experiences. I don't use the pharmacy.”
“very professional & efficient. i am able to fill all of my prescriptions in one visit, as opposed to multiple trips per month when I was a customer of Walgreens. this alone saves me several hours per month, & at least 50 miles on my vehicle. we could not be more pleased. cal, the pharmacist is quite knowledgable, intelligent, & courteous! couldnt be pleased more!”

“This Kroger is a grocery store in Westland Michigan. It is a part of a strip mall with several shops including a wig shop, a Dollar store and others. Kroger is a full size supermarket and sells liquor.”

“I just moved to this area and I really like this Kroger! It's always seem to be clean and plus they have the click list program here too, always fresh fruit and vegetables. I always like how this Kroger has a Kroger gas station across the street! Definitely shopping at this Kroger's again. The reason I gave it four stars is because sometimes this Kroger can get very busy, so try to come in the morning if you can”

“I was very sick the day before Thanksgiving and I called pharmacist to see if he could speed up my order. He said give me 30 minutes. In the meantime another prescription came in for me and he caught it right away and had them both waiting for me when I arrived in 30 minutes. This is why I choose Kroger pharmacy. This man is truly an asset to you who cares. Even when he was extremely busy with orders, he helped me. Thank you so much!!!”

“I always use the drive thru pharmacy window to pick up my Rxs. It's simply convenient for me. Sometimes there's a line, sometimes there's not. You simply need to be patient either way, whether you are going inside or using the drive thru. Everyone is always in such a hurry these days, forgetting no matter the store, corporations are purposely running on the barest minimal of staff they can get away with at all times. It's not always the employees faults that they're is a long wait, it's the higher ups that have cut their stores hours expecting them to do everything with little to no help.”

“I have been using this pharmacy for about 6 months. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always checks in to see how I am doing on my medication as well as providing education and suggestions about my meds.
They always give me a call to get my meds ready and are on top of refill dates. Very friendly and very helpful! Very pleased with this pharmacy and service!”
