The craftsmanship, skill and knowledge of the employees is top notch. The owner is a true "Sign Guy" with amazing creativity and an easy to work with attitude (if you can get ahold of him =) ). As with every business, they are not without faults. The sales staff does not pull their weight internally but the project managers / designers make up for this with their determination to do a good job for the customers.
