When I call in to dispatch I'm greeted by name not by a number, feels grate. There is an open door policy here and a driver is able to be speak with any of the staff in the office, from lower management to the owner [providing they are available at that time, otherwise you Will be called back.] So... skip the rest of the companies and come here!”

“After our flight was delayed more than two hours due to DTW power outage on Nov. 5, we were relieved to see the US Park shuttle ready and waiting after midnight. Driver Sharon was very diligent about getting us right in front of our car and when we discovered we had left a phone on the seat, dispatch got ahold of her immediately and we were able to pick it up minutes later. The dispatcher reminded us to use AAA which we would have forgotten about due to the stress of the moment. Every employee was courteous and it was very convenient. Much less expensive than parking at the airport.”
““Endri,” met us at the gate and his professionalism was the Best I’ve ever seen! The uniforms were very nice. Endri was knowledgeable of the airport layout, he retrieved my father and my luggage and ensured safety for not just us but other passengers as well. A wonderful experience!”
