Lazy mail people. My mail lady for 15 years now has become so pathetic she said she is afraid of my mini poodle, leaves packages on the porch that need signed for and does not even deliver some of my scanned mail. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Government employees are the worst.

Westland Postal Carriers do the least amount of work as possible and their superiors allow it. It is getting ready to storm & my postal carrier couldn’t even set my package underneath the awning. She purposely left it where it would get wet. Am I surprised? Absolutely not. This mail carrier is the worst! Issue number five with her & she has only been on my route for 7 months. Never even knew a post office could be this awful until I moved to Westland. Westland Post Office deserves no star but unfortunately, I had to leave a one star review.

**UPDATE** THIS POST OFFICE HAS DRASTICALLY IMPROVED! Thanks to my constant complaining which I should not need to do but I gotta give em props... Thanks for finally realizing citizens have a right to timely prompt accurate MAIL DAILY! Keep it up PLEASE!
First of all...I never have gotten my mail on time or at a consistent time since the old mail carrier retired and moved out of state.... Now.. I rarely see my mail until after 630p some days... And packages are even worse! I get it....short staff blah blah blah but come on..! How long are you going to use that excuse usps!? Do better! People need their mail TIMELY AND CONSISTENTLY! THAT'S NOT ASKING A LOT SEEING AS ITS A RIGHT OF OURS! My informed delivery showed a very important package....my glasses so I could see....for delivery today.. But instead of them going from Detroit facility to Westland they end up in canton! Even further! Now I have no delivery date and can't contact anyone at the Damn post office of course! Why do they even have a number listed...they never answer the phone! I am so frustrated and have had this issue for years now and made multiple complaints and it never gets better.! Ever since I moved out here mail delivery has absolutely sucked! Do better! Plan accordingly! Something geez! I've had it!

Tracking says arrived at Westland USPS facility. Worker says I can’t pickup my package because “it’s still in Detroit and the tracking will say arrived when it is in Westland”…. the tracking says arrived at Westland though….

The line is 10 people deep and they only have one poor guy working his butt off to help all of us. Unfortunately there IS another worker here to help him but the MANAGEMENT is not allowing them to help join in and knock out this line. Sad working conditions for these hard working wonderful postal workers. Shame on the management for doing this to these poor workers and making us wait in line for 45 minutes. These people need a new boss.

If I could give zero stars I would. we usually have a nice male mail person but occasionally we get this girl who won't deliver our mail bc she thinks our dog is out. Majority of the time she isn't out. Quit being lazy. Smh.
