“I took a necklace of mine in today to have a jump loop repaired. Paul inspected it and told me a few others were weak also and should be replaced. I agreed, and left for a few hours after paying. When I came back Paul let me know another also needed replaced, that he counted wrong, I tried to pay for that one also, but he said no. Wonderful work, and item was fixed in a few hours. When I walked in to pick up my necklace I was greeted by name. This is the kind of service I truly appreciate- he and his (wife??) were both so incredibly polite, and I plan on letting people know this is where you should go for jewelry and repairs. Thanks again for such a pleasant outcome and wonderful customer service!”
