“Great customer service. I didn't purchase anything but I did find a bracelet that I will be back for. They didn't have a sale at this time. Our sales lady was a pleasure to speak with. She gave us some knowledge on what was coming out soon and also helped my friend with her purchase. I learned that a necklace I got for my five year anniversary with my company came from Swarovski. It's a gorgeous necklace that is a classic style. I've had mine for 3 years now and it's still beautiful.”

“Jake was very helpful and full of watch info. It's high to get a watch battery replaced here imo starting at $25 but I get that the employee gets paid a bit out of that cost and you get a 2yr replacement guarantee . So that's good, as many times as you need within that time frame . One watch that I git a battery replaced in has a movement issue. But I'm not going to invest in it. It's a timex expedition, it's a nice watch, but not that nice. I can get another model that takes the same battery off ebay somewhere. But thankfully I have another timex model that takes the same battery”
