Absolutely the worst customer service. Don't answer emails, don't answer calls. If you can I would consider Mt Brighton. Not a renegade hack organization. When it comes to season passes for my family, Alpine's lack of commitment to the basic fundamental center to any business stop me from buying

$701 for a season pass in august, and it will only get more expensive. it is so much more over price then it was with the old owners, I understand you get other hills like mont holly and more, but you also got to get rides and pay more in gas. the most I would pay for alpine is probably $500, because how small the variety of hills and over priced the the food is, and that is still more then it’s worth.

Had season passes for 22/23 season and plan on doing the same this year. Great for family or if you just want to get out of the house for a few hours

They have really good terrain parks and intermediate hills and black, but onetime I was on the ski lift with a friend and the ski lift stopped for around 20 minutes. They also need to add rail guards on too all of the ski lifts. Still would recommend though.

Took our girl scout trip. We did a package for 12 girls that included , lessons, gear, and lift pass.

Hills are either too easy or too hard for beginners, but I enjoyed it for the price. Of course, all snow sports prices are up these days. My fav was chatting the principal on the side bar tender just straight shaming her ex for being a dead beat dad.

Friendly staff. Was really busy but expected that it was beautiful out and near the end of the season. Terrain park is good but the tow rope is kind of strange being mid hill but all and all good experience for michigan snowboarding

My first experience with skiing so nothing to compare it to but overall a fun experience. The instructors (esp Mark) were WONDERFUL!! So patient and kind and truly made the trip enjoyable. All of the staff were very professional and courteous with the exception of the 1 young jerk with the rental equipment. The lodge itself was old and not very clean. We came at the very end of the season so no crowd at all but also no group lessons. Individual lessons plus lift tickets which were never used made it very expensive. The magic carpet thingy didn't even work!!

Close to the house, they do a great job of making snow. The staff is friendly but needs a major overhaul. Been in the condition it's in sense 20 yrs ago now. Overall 3 out of 5 stars

Decent slopes. Unfortunately lifts kept shutting down when I was there. Go in the mornings. Less people in lift lines

First time ever being here and I really enjoyed it. It was quite busy but the size of the mountain makes it feel very open with plenty of room for everyone. I'm used to going to Mt Holly and Pine Knob which are fine, but definitely more for the more intermediate to advanced. Alpine Valley is the best place for newer people to start, especially their terrain park. Nice and small, not intimidating, and very good to practice on before trying the bigger stuff.

There's no park at all and the snow is terrible and if they do make some things like a decent jump it's gone the next day
