I took my sisters ring in that I bought her as a gift while out of the country, that the sapphires fell out of. The owner went over options with me, showed me price differences at different quality stones, showed me the actual stones before doing the work to make sure it was what I wanted, and went over every detail with me. He was friendly, fast, AND efficient. Him and his wife provided amazing customer service (which is impossible to find anymore!). I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone and everyone, and I will be a returning customer!”

“I've only shopped at PDS a couple times but they have a great selection of clothes, gift ideas and other items you're not going to find at a chain store. Also I see a review from a GaryK - he is nothing but a trouble maker. I heard that he'd come to the store seemingly impaired demanding that he be paid early. The store had to kick him out and I heard he made threats of violence. This was back in 2022. He still seems to be carrying a grudge when he really needs to look in the mirror and clean up his act!”

“Update: Paul actually did reach out to me personally as he said in the response. I was actually surprised because I wasn't really expecting anything. However, he was very professional and offered to take a look at my ring. Because we live in California, we mailed the ring back and ultimately, he offered to have the ring sent back to the manufacture to have the setting remade. It turned out stunningly, it was a brand new setting with the same diamonds. The process took several weeks but Paul emailed and called me with updates and tracking information. I'm so thankful to him for taking the time to reach out to one customer and making sure we were taken care of. I'm just so relieved and love my ring again!!”

“I decided to treat my family to a meal at the Union Station just down the street from this store. We are from Sterling Heights and had never visited this part of town. The Union Station legendary ribs were so/so but this store was a hit for me. There is a wide variety of items to peruse with many unique items in both the upstairs and on the main floor. I came to browse and burn time till the restaurant opened and was pleasantly surprised with a must-have find. I couldn't walk away from a beautiful leather cross-bag. The pony hair was so soft and the colors were gorgeous. With tax, I forked over $200.00; expensive, you bet! Worth it for the find; you bet! The cashier was pleasant and knowledgeable of all the items in the store. I'll be back to spend more time to carefully look at the fun selections such as clothes, jewelry and soaps.”
