“I cannot say enough good things about Kaitlin Kelly, store manager at the commerce location.
My husband and I were in the middle of having new fiber installed when a third-party company, who we thought were directly with AT&T came to our door and convinced us to upgrade our phones and transfer our service from Verizon to AT&T. Unfortunately, we later found out they were not directly with AT&T, and what we had been promised did not align with reality. We were facing an extremely high bill and a very stressful situation.
That’s when Kaitlin stepped in.
She went above and beyond to review everything, explain our options clearly, and fix the mess that had been created. She was honest, transparent, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to make sure we understood exactly what was happening and worked quickly to get us back up and running.
