“This is the best storage unit I have ever rented!! The owner, Nik, is a 5 star professional, considerate, helpful and very conscientious and works deligently to meet and exceed any expectations. He actually cares, working hard to keep the units maintained as well as the grounds and most importantly, safety and security! That is HUGE and gives such a peace of mind when transitioning between houses - knowing my items were being monitored 24/7 allowed me the security of one less thing to worry about - is PRICELESS!!! I highly recommend Nik and his Shipshewana Mini Storage facility and will NOT use anyone else! THANK YOU NIK!!!”

“Waited for me for 25 minutes after closing to get me set up with a power auger great experience even after i kept the thing 3 extra days cause it got stuck on a rock and had to hand dig a 3x5 ft hole to get the 18in Boulder out of the ground the to get it unstuck but yea overall great experience good staff great”

“This was a great experience. For some reason I was expecting an old Uhaul truck and the one I was giving only had 300 miles on it! It was nice, clean, drove easy... did not have cruise but that may come standard with that size vehicle, I don't know (although my motorhome has it). I had a miscommunication and needed a Furniture Dolly instead of Furniture Mover and they instantly took care of it. My view of renting a Uhaul has gone a lot higher than it used to be!”
