Write down your mileage before you leave the office, I got to my destination and was charged nearly $9,000 because the person that rented me the truck didn't write down the correct mileage

Needed a car dolly. Called 2 elkhart locations, both women were beyond rude, and one even hung up on me just for asking if they had them in....what the heck? Mr. Slabaugh was very kind and quick and responsive. I'll go out of the way to rent from this location. Thank you very much.
