“I ordered tires online and went off the great reviews, assuming they were good tires. I had them installed on a Friday afternoon and my car shook so bad once I left. I called back to talk to Sean and he said bring it back Saturday and they would balance them again and apologised. This went on 4 times until we determined it had to be the tire I bought. Sean handled everything for me with patience and communicated it all to me. We put a name brand tire on my car and it runs smooth again. Sean went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! He got me in as quick as he could, did the paperwork, and got me back on the road. “We bought a used car that had an undetectable camshaft issue that required the timing chain to be replaced. They did a great job, but unfortunately, there was an undetectable oil blockage that caused damage to the new timing chain and necessitated a complete engine replacement. Viking was able to find a used low mileage engine that our extended warranty would cover. What was really fantastic is that Viking covered all the costs of the replacement that the warranty didn't cover. We are now Viking customers for life!”
