“Walked in with an engine misfire, and Jesus totally helped me out. Manager with red hair initially told me if my code wasn’t actively flashing the reader wouldn’t pick up the code, which is total BS! Jesus made sure I was taken care of, helped me pull the code (WHICH WAS THERE). And got me taken care of with the spark plug and coil. I would have ruined my car driving back to Chicago without his help. Dude is a lifesaver”
