“Brighton store is unreachable by phone. Ask to speak to Store Manager ... get thrown into the customer service queue. I mean how can you be #1 in line and have at least a 17 minutes wait on hold?On the upside, their staff in the Warren store are available with direct phone extensions. Very different contact experience. Helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive staff. Will do business with them.”
