“Although I should not have trusted the old dry tires on our ‘49 COE old vehicles need to be driven. I learned the hard way how tires can come apart and belts become exposed. After pulling off to a safe space off the road I called them. Within 30 min he was ready to hook the truck up and we were on owe way home. Most people don’t realize that if that have auto insurance that includes towing you can submit the bill to get reimbursed. Lots of expenses involved in towing and the main thing is PROPER procedures and safety to get you and your ride home safe. As a small business owner I can appreciate his costs involved. “These guys are great, they replaced both front wheel bearings on our 2010 Volvo. We had one done at another shop and it went bad. These guys replaced both for what the other shop charged me for 1. They are very helpful, pricing is right and most of all they're honest. I wouldn't hesitate to choose Brighton Auto Repair again.”

“The dispatcher guy on the phone that I called was efficient in logging where I was. He didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing what exit I was at or what direction I was heading. Telling someone on the phone I was going “that way” and I’m by the woods on a busy road probably isn’t the best set of info to work with, but again, he did the most with the info I gave him and had a driver there quick! He got there way faster than the estimate. He was polite and let me sit in his truck out of the cold. I don’t know how long is normal to load a car onto a tow truck during traffic on a highway with cars zooming by all over the place but I have a feeling he did it faster than normal. I still hadn’t collected my thoughts yet and he was done. He was patient and talked to my dad on the phone for directions on what to do with my car. He even gave me a ride to a closer spot so I was off the highway and somewhere safe. These situations aren’t ideal but for as un ideal as a situation like this is, both guys I talked to made it smooth and calm. I hope Im never over an hour away from home and need a tow truck ever again but if I do I hope I need one by exit one twenty something next to a little patch of woods. The drivers name was Thomas. “Our family depends upon our vehicles daily to make life work. Suddenly on an unplanned afternoon I was stuck with a paper weight that looked very much like my wife’s van… darn thing wouldn’t start or even come close. “Luke was AMAZING!! So patient and kind. The van I had a flat on, had to have the tire lowered and had a lock on the tire itself. The car was rusty and hard to maneuver, but Luke did it all with a smile. It was toughest tire change ever, and took a lot of grit, but Luke did fantastic!! I highly recommend & would call Brewer’s again anytime I needed service. They also arrived within an hour of calling.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service! We have an extremely difficult driveway and due to the snow and slush our driver got stuck yesterday. Unfortunately we were nearly empty and fuel oil and were in dire need. My husband came home and plowed to make sure the driver came in but unfortunately due to a heavy truck and everything being wet from melting the driver was having difficulty still. Dean or driver was amazing and said he would get it done even if they had to bring in a smaller truck because our tank is so far away from our driveway. We have our fuel oil I am happy but unhappy that I am now able to do laundry and dishes. Thank you again Corrigan for being amazing and helping us out.”
