Auto pay card expired so they just left my garbage at the curb for 3 weeks. I received NO notice.
Unacceptable!!!!! Cant even speak to a person...auto message that hangs up.
Do not sign up for this company, I recommend using another facility.

Pick ups have been great, cancelling service because I moved is awful. I have been on the phone with them for an hour, talked to 4 different people none of whom can seem to cancel service. Called initially and was told I would be called back in 15 to 20 min. Called back an hour and a half later. If I had it to do again, I would simply call the bank and stop the auto pay and leave them hanging the way they left me.

Waste Management hung up on me after a 30 minute wait. Chat told me they couldn't help me. When I tried to request help online, it said my email was invalid. The email is correct. Just needed a simple question answered.

Absolutely useless. They missed my service, I gave them a few days to make it up and still no pickup, call or email. I called them everyday for over a week to submit a missed pick up and a complaint ticket. Every time I had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to speak to someone (probably because so many other people are calling with complaints). Every time I would speak to a new person and have to re explain the situation, they would tell me they will escalate the issue and it would be picked up the next day. I was told numerous time the route manager and team lead would follow up with me--never happened. Everyday I had to call and initiate the follow up but I would always talk to someone new so it was pointless. The drivers would lie and say the can wasn't left out (it sat for 2 weeks in the same spot it killed my grass) or some other BS. Today they told me they will get it next week during my regular pick up... wasted about 10 hours of my time calling these clowns for nothing. Complete joke of a company. Next time I'm just going to dump everything at their office and save them the hassle.

If I could give them a zero, I would. They are rude and, in my opinion, have unethical practices. I found out that they were charging us more for 3 months than others were paying FOR AN ENTIRE YEAR!!! They don't always pick up when they are supposed to, they place restrictions on exactly how the waste is packaged (everything must be in plastic bags, you can't leave anything extra, the top of the dumpster must close all the way....), and on top of that, it's very difficult to get in touch with them to cancel service. I waited over an hour and finally hung up because nobody answered. So, I called at 7:30 am and was transferred to someone in New York (I'm in Michigan). Waited another 20 minutes before I could finally speak with someone. THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD EVER RECOMMEND THEM!! They're terrible.

This company is just worthless. No trash pickup for a month unless I called. After three calls somebody told me that unless the trash is within two feet of the road they will not pick it up. Trucks race past and would knock over the cart. After trying two other times to cancel my service (being on hold over 35 minutes) I finally got to talk with a person. She told me that their policy is absolutely no refund for unused subscription. Said only recourse is to run out the contract. Why would I do that. They wont pickup the trash now. I certainly don't need three more months of this. Am thinking of contacting the BBB

This is the sixth week they haven't picked up my trash. Today I've been on hold for over 23 minutes so far to get them to pick it up. The other companies are picking up the trash in my neighborhood, but this company has only picked up my trash when they were supposed to twice. Worst trash service EVER!

If I could give zero stars I would! The new drivers are lazy and will not even take a single empty cardboard box sitting outside a full container. Total BS, save the hassle and go with a local company there are more than one in the area.

This company is the worst that I have ever had to deal with. I did not contract with them, they bought out the garbage company that I was using. DO NOT EVER CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!

We have been with this company for three weeks and the first week out trash was missed until the following week. Now this week it was missed again after sending a notice it would be picked up a day late! Company said we didn't have our trash out which is a lie. Our trash has been out since Sunday evening. We decided to give this company a try since they bought out the company before them which switched hands from the original company we hired, superior sanitation 2. I don't know what is going on but this is messed up! We will be switching companies for sure!

WM bought Advanced Disposal recently. Since then, we have not had pick-up on the scheduled day yet. They are always a day late. This week, they are two days late and counting. There is no way to contact the company as their phone message says to "call back during normal business hours " even though I am calling during "NBH"

After 25 years of service, I've never had a problem with waste Management. And I find the customer service friendly and accommodating. Thank you waste Management for doing a thankless job for our community.

Waste Management is the worst trash pickup company. They took on additional customers, after another company closed, and now can't provide services to their existing customers. They have not notified customers of any schedule changes and now are missing pickups. They are only providing credit and condolences. Their response is that you will get served on the next regularly scheduled day. This means we have paid for weekly services but instead get trash pickup every other week. Very poor management! I would never recommend this company for trash pickup and will be switching immediately.

On the plus side, they OCCASIONALLY will return a missed scheduled pickup after you waste 45 minutes or so phoning their "customer service". Our bins are correctly placed roadside the night before scheduled pickup. Recycle is usually picked up only every other scheduled time, which is already two weeks meaning it's only picked up about once each month. Regular trash gets picked up as scheduled about 4 out of 5 times. It's not weather. This has been it for nearly two years. Calling, emailing is of little/no help. But regardless of their service, the billing statements are never adjusted. Looking forward to terminating them when our house is finished.
