“I have had a great experience with this USPS overall. The customer service at this location is always good. Everyone is fast, friendly, and efficient. Although packages sometimes arrive late, the USPS Informed Delivery feature is absolutely the best - it helps me stay updated on exactly what’s arriving and when. I also rented a mailbox at this local USPS branch for 1.5-2 years when I lived in the dorms, since my mail often got lost or stolen there (never had that issue in any apartments, just dorms!). Having a mailbox at USPS solved that completely. Overall, best service ever!”
