“Shift Shop is great!I have a 2016 Ford Focus automatic transmission. Known to be a Ford Motor Company problem with shuddering shift. One Ford dealership would not work on it. Several Transmission shops refused to work on it.Shift Shop brought the manufacturer problem to my attention, sent me to another dealer for possible warranty fix... no way, back to Shift Shop.
