“The staff was so helpful they were able to grab some cat grass I couldnt find on the floor, I figured it was a long short given that it was winter but I was still able to get a Christmas gift for my cats! Bri was especially helpful when she offered to carry the litter box when I was struggling with it.”
“At this Petsmart, someone names every single betta in hopes they will get adopted, so it's also easier to see for sure if one has been there long. Despite being a big box store, I really have to give our Petsmart props. I have seen a dead fish only once, and when the temperatures got down to 0 outside, they moved all the betta temporarily so they wouldn't be too close to the door and get cold. I also did not see them restock them that week while they were in the back. I suspect so that they would not run the risk of a bunch dying? I am pleased to know the person in charge of that area does their best to put the fish first as much as they can considering the whole practice.
Also, the staff here has been incredibly kind. I have been in probably at least 8 times in the last 2 weeks getting my setup correct. I have done both pickups and in store shopping and the staff has been absolutely super. One of the employees helped me download the app so I could get the coupons for anything for fish month (I didn't even know it was a thing), and another held my in store purchases while I waited for my pickup points to load. They want to go above and beyond to help and I am very grateful.”
“I got a female cavapoo a couple weeks ago. Named her Luna . She the best! She fits right in with our family ! The owner was really nice . He gave really good customer service. I would highly recommend.”

“So many food options for our dogs, at different life stages. Love the toys and looking at the small animals for adoption. Prices are reasonable and have taken our 1st puppy there for obedience training!”

“I’ve had the opportunity to interact with the staff here, and I want to take a moment to recognize the employee Sam, who has been working incredibly hard to keep this place running and improve things for both the animals and the customers. It’s honestly refreshing to find someone who cares this much about doing a job well done. From helping with the animals and making sure they are safe, to the security systems in place, answering customers’ questions, and handling countless orders, it is clear that she puts a tremendous amount of effort into this place.
