“My whole family absolutely loves this place. These guys are the most honest and understanding group of guys I’ve ever encountered. My parents, siblings and I have all been taking our cars here to be serviced for years and we'll never stop. I moved to Lansing in 2023 but I still drive to Mount Pleasant whenever I need something done on my vehicle. That’s how much I love them. I can’t say enough good things about them. They are honest, like actually HONEST, their pricing is UNMATCHED, and they care about you and your vehicle. I’m certain I’ll never be able to go have my car serviced anywhere else ever again. If you can’t tell, my whole family and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Metro 25!”

They looked over everything and found a super simple problem and fixed it up in 10minutes or less and had me back on the road and didn't even charge me an inspection fee. “Vey friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were better than most places I have been too. Very efficient. A lady was being trained and I could hear the guy talking to her and he was very good at explaining how my vehicle worked and how they do things. They were all talking to each other and communicating what they were doing, which I don’t hear at other places I have went. They didn’t push anything on me that I didn’t need or want. I will be coming here from now on.”

“Tried to jumpstart my Ford Taurus three different times but it wouldn't start. Had it towed to Sandel's and he was able to start it. “Can’t say enough positive things about Valet Auto Care. Ordered a new topper for my truck. Unfortunately, any topper order can take up to 8 weeks to be built/delivered. During that 8 week waiting period, Valet Auto Care let me use (for free!), a tonneau cover. That is just amazing! I don’t think any other company would go that far to take care of their customers! After the install, the team took the time to explain all the options and maintenance of the new topper. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful!”
